We’ve got more inspiration for those of you who have an Ocoo in your kitchens.

Using this fantastic machine we have 'aged' Nevado white chocolate and then included it in this dish as a 5-hour Ocoo white chocolate ganache and 8-hour Ocoo white chocolate shards. It’s a great way for us to showcase how you can create completely different flavours from one ingredient using the Ocoo.

We have also aerated the Nevado chocolate with yuzu and matcha which pairs perfectly.
