These plant-based vegan burgers are made with different flavoured breads for the burger buns using our intense flavour powders which give both amazing flavour and colour. These flavour powders are made from natural ingredients and are effective in a wide range of applications, both hot and cold and are popular in plant-based cookery. You can add the flavour powders to sauces, foams or mousses or blend with maltodextrin and use as a garnish or dusting.

The burgers are made using MSK Strukture, a vegetable binding mix for making really good plant-based burgers, sausages and kebabs.  You can use MSK Strukture to easily bind together different vegetable textures to create a product that will hold together whilst cooking, with a great meat-free, MSG-free savoury flavour and a juicy mouthfeel.
