We've made this chocolate by grinding the sesame seeds and peppercorns in the Twin Stones Wet Grinder.  This method allows for ultimate creativity with chocolate, letting you make your own flavour combinations with a beautifully smooth finish.  You can combine different nuts and spices to suit any dish.

Wild Madagascan Pepper and Sesame Chocolate
  • 500g Macando 60% Dark Chocolate by Luker Chocolate
  • 500g Caribe 45% Milk Chocolate by Luker Chocolate
  • 200g Honey Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 7 Wild Madagascan Peppercorns

Melt the chocolate, and grind with the seeds and peppercorns in the Twin Stones for 16-24 hours.
