Popping Rinds are cooked, dried pork rinds that puff up like popcorn when fried. They are unseasoned and can be dusted with our intense-flavour powdered ingredients to produce unique and innovative ‘pork scratchings’.

  • 120g MSK Maltodextrin
  • 60g Flavour Enhancer (contains NO MSG)
  • 2g Garlic Powder
  • 8g Onion Powder
  • Pinch Salt

Deep fry at 190°C for approximately 1 minute, taking care not to overload the fryer. These pieces puff up a lot.

Once fully popped remove from the fryer and place on absorbent paper to dry.

To make the seasoning, simply blend the ingredients together and pass through a sieve.

Place the fried popping rind into a bowl and season liberally with the seasoning mix and serve.
