We’ve got another autumnal dish to share with you today. This is a chocolate delice which has been made in the Pavoni Polly mould (MSK-8076) and then sprayed with yellow velvet effect cocoa butter (MSK-7690). It’s served on chopped truffle praline grains (MSK- 2545) which are a fantastic way to add texture to a dish. They taste great too.

To round it off we have a pistachio ice cream, crystallised ginger pieces, crystallised japanese mandarin zest and piped chocolate bees!
