These fantastic little canapes are completely plant-based whilst being packed full of flavour. They have a great texture as they were made using MSK Strukture which allows you to be very creative in your plant-based food.

Unlike other binding agents, Strukture doesn't encase the vegetables in a gel, but binds them directly together.  This helps them to form a strong and stable structure which holds together during cooking, and has a much better mouthfeel in the final dish.
