Used by individuals and professionals, the transfer sheets for chocolate are used to decorate chocolate candies, but also chocolate pieces for decorating pastries or desserts.
In order to distinguish the flavors of your candies, you can use chocolate transfers of different colors.
The chocolate transfer sheet is easy to use. Place your sheet on a non-stick baking sheet, then pour the chocolate onto the transfer sheet with a thickness of 2-3mm. Let cool and take the chocolate, the decorations will then print. Gently peel off the sheet on the chocolate. For an optimal result, we recommend that you use couverture chocolate.
