Our ginger is Australian and widely recognised as the best quality ginger available. ‘Down Under’ ginger has a very full, warm and smooth flavour. It is not as harsh or as fiery as other alternative sources which can sometimes overly dominate a dish. The ginger is planted in September and harvested in the following February. The product is then boiled and immersed in sugar syrup which gives the ginger its smooth texture and enhances its flavour. The four formats listed above provide massive flexibility and mean that ginger can be incorporated across the menu.
