100% natural cold-press juices deliver unadulterated flavour profiles. The wild berries and fruits used in these juices are hand-picked in the Baltic wetlands and surrounding areas. The challenging climate and short growing period results in varieties with a more intense taste and colour. The high acidity in many of these juices offers a greater versatility allowing them to be used in savoury sauces, cocktails, sorbets, jellies, foams and even mousse bases. The juices are prepared using a vertical classic press and short flash pasteurization at 80°C, followed by filtering and direct vacuum conservation. This process results in a much higher quality juice than traditional centrifuge processes.
