Ultratex - The Essential Ingredient for Every Kitchen!

Getting the perfect balance between viscosity and taste is made easy with MSK Ultratex!

Sometimes you’ve got the right taste but your sauce is a little thin.

Ultratex allows you to get the perfect consistency without compromising on flavour.  There’s no more need for reductions and sticky, bitter or salty sauces.  Simply add as little as 1% for instant thickening, hot or cold. 

Add until you’ve got the consistency you’re looking for, confident that Ultratex will bring no taste or colour of its own.  It disperses quickly and easily without lumping.  If you add too much, just add more of the base liquid to bring it back to the thickness you want.

Ultratex has a cornstarch base and is therefore gluten-free.

And if you’re looking to create the perfect fluid gel, Ultratex is the quickest and easiest way to do it.    Just add it to vegetable, fruit juice or any flavoured liquid.

It is also freeze thaw stable and prevents the leeching of liquids from fruit or vegetable purees.  It has very small particles which prevents that broken texture and the bleeding out of some of the waters on thaw-back.
