The Molecular Gastronomy Foundation Course - a practical demonstration with expert tips and advice, enabling you to apply molecular gastronomy techniques to your own recipes as well as stimulating new additions to your menu.

We have many years of experience in teaching the fundamentals and advanced techniques of molecular gastronomy. We have established a proven method of passing the information on. Like anything, it’s easy when you know how!
Numbers in this demonstration will be kept very low in order to ensure that we can offer a safe environment for our guests. It will start at 10.00am and finish around 2.00pm, although the smaller numbers will allow for flexibility around the finish time and the topics covered. The demo takes place in our brand new MSK Demonstration kitchen. We designed it ourselves specifically to demonstrate molecular gastronomy to chefs.
