The Molecular Gastronomy & Liquid Nitrogen Foundation Course - a practical hands-on demonstration with expert tips and advice, enabling you to apply molecular gastronomy techniques to your own recipes as well as stimulating new additions to your menu.
We supply many innovative and cutting edge products. We want to show you how to use them properly and get the most out of them. You’ll be amazed at how many more techniques and applications there are than are generally known.

Our demonstrations start at 10.00am and finish at 4.00pm. They are held in our brand new MSK Demonstration kitchen. We designed it ourselves specifically to demonstrate molecular gastronomy to chefs.
